Refund Policy

Connect Mentorship provides paid chat and call sessions between students and mentors. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Session was not conducted due to mentor unavailability
• Technical failure from platform side
• Duplicate payment

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• User cancels after booking confirmation
• User is absent during scheduled session
• User is dissatisfied with advice (mentorship is subjective)

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

4. Affiliate Products

Connect Mentorship is not responsible for refunds of third-party or affiliate products. Please refer to the respective provider’s refund policy.

5. Platform Rights

Connect Mentorship reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and platform policies.
