No Off-Platform Contact Policy

To protect students, mentors, and the integrity of the platform, all communication must remain within Connect Mentorship.

1. No External Contact Sharing

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing or requesting:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or social media handles
• UPI IDs, payment links, or external payment methods

2. Platform-Only Sessions

All paid sessions must be conducted through Connect Mentorship’s chat or call system. Moving sessions outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Reason for This Policy

This ensures:

• User safety and privacy
• Secure payment handling
• Fair platform usage
• Protection from fraud and scams

4. Violations

Any attempt to bypass the platform may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban

5. Reporting

Users are encouraged to report any request for off-platform communication.
